Greg Dooley

Greg Dooley is Co-Founder of Estrela Consulting. Greg has 20 years experience working in large corporate and small, private company environments.

In addition to supporting Estrela’s growth, Greg is a finance executive at Goodyear. He currently serves as Vice President, Strategic Growth Initiatives. Previously, Greg served in various finance leadership roles at Goodyear including Vice President Finance - Latin America, Finance Director, Global Finance Transformation Director, and Director Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.

Greg has developed significant international experience with Goodyear having served as Regional Treasurer, Latin America, Finance Director, Argentina and Finance Director, Mexico. Prior to moving overseas, Greg was Manager, Investor Relations. Greg began his career at Oak Associates, a nationally recognized growth equity investment advisor based in Bath, Ohio.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, Greg earned a B.A. in Management from Hiram College and an MBA in Finance from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Greg serves on the Board of Beyond Type 1, a non-profit founded co-founded by Nick Jonas that is changing what it means to live with diabetes. Greg also serves on the Board of Journey Biosciences, a US-based biotechnology company dedicated to fundamentally improving diabetes care.

Greg and his wife, Kristina, reside in Hudson, Ohio with their triplets.
