Year after year, we meet with kids and parents (almost always mothers) who are stressed out and confused by the pressure to achieve, be involved, do ALL the things, etc. We both continue to see a rise in the pressure families face as the stakes of high school and college admissions increase each year. It's too much. We want to provide a reframe for families to tackle the high school years (and beyond) that is grounded more in the work that matters to help teens build a meaningful life.

As two busy mamas ourselves, we know the added invisible work mothers do to help shape the lives of our children. It’s a mental load that magnifies as a child’s future approaches and the stakes feel increasingly higher.
