Gail Kerzner comes to Estrela with decades as a college composition and technical writing instructor. As publisher, editor, proofreader, and project manager for LIVE Publishing Company in Cleveland for 30+ years, Gail has worked with hundreds of diverse clients to help them shape their initial ideas into must-read, compelling publications.

As a college student, Gail was in her element while working on degrees from the University of Illinois: BA in English Education and MA in English. When she’s not working with students on essay brainstorming, you can find her keeping up on publishing, editing, and education trends via webinars and events offered through organizations she belong to such as ACES: The Society for Editing and the Editorial Freelancers Association.

In her free time Gail enjoys reading historical fiction and memoirs, volunteering to empower the needy, visiting art museums, binging on movies, or recharging through nature. She also gets to play mom to three grown children and Gigi to two precious grandchildren.
